All projects are executed according to agreed proposals, quotations, or contracts. Additional features or modifications outside the approved scope may incur additional charges.
Project timelines depend on client approvals, communication, and content delivery. Delays caused by the client may affect final delivery schedules.
Ownership of completed work transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.
JALASHKA digital reserves the right to display completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limited revisions may be included based on the selected service package. Excessive revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges.
JALASHKA digital is not responsible for outages, failures, or limitations caused by:
JALASHKA digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including business losses, downtime, revenue loss, or data loss.
Project cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Completed work and incurred expenses remain payable.
We reserve the right to terminate services for abuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
