Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 22, 2026

JALASHKA digital provides custom IT and digital solutions. Due to the nature of software development and consulting services, refunds are subject to the following conditions.

1. Custom Development Services

Payments made for:

• Website Development
• Software Development
• AI Automation
• UI/UX Design
• Technical Consulting
• Cloud & IT Services

are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Advance Payments

Advance payments reserve project scheduling, development resources, and consultation time and may be partially or fully non-refundable.

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered only if:

• The project has not significantly started
• The cancellation occurs at an early development stage
• No major deliverables have been completed

Approved refunds will be processed after deducting completed work, consultation time, and operational expenses.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Domain registrations
• Hosting services
• Third-party subscriptions
• Cloud platform charges
• API usage costs
• Software licenses
• Custom integrations

5. Service Issues

If clients experience genuine technical issues directly caused by our development work, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.

6. Cancellation Policy

Project cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through official communication channels.

Completed milestones and work already delivered remain payable.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on payment providers and banking systems.
